When I got on the phone for the first time with Keely and Cory they said they are both musicians. I had to truly tamp down my urge to shriek with joy as I explained my history as a musician and music teacher. I approach a wedding day like I would if I was directing a 150 person ensemble, and their wedding was the perfect symphony in sonata form. It began with the “introduction” as everyone looked over the beautiful grounds of the Portico Awbury Arboretum. It continued with the “exposition” where the tension rose as they both got ready to finally see each other for their first look. It then went to the “development”, which was the beautiful wedding ceremony itself. And it ended with the “recapitulation”, which was the grand finale on the dance floor!
There were so many choreographed dances I totally forgot it was time to leave and got lost in the party.
